Agent names are usually routing clues
You may see rows that mention Litbuy beside CNFans, Mulebuy, ACBuy, AllChinaBuy, Hoobuy, HubbuyCN, Orientdig, Superbuy, Sugargoo, Kakobuy, CSSBuy, Loongbuy, Oopbuy, Basetao, Joyagoo, Kameymall, Parcelup, Yoybuy, Lovegobuy, USFans, Pantherbuy, Hacoo, Tigbuy, Fishgoo, CNShopper, Niuniubox, NPBuy, GTBuy, or Vigorbuy.
Those names usually tell you where someone saved, converted, or discussed a product link. They do not tell you whether the item is current. Treat the name as a clue, then check the listing itself.
If the agent name helps you recover a product page, use it. If it only makes the row look busy, ignore it and focus on the item, category, photos, and source link.
Source links matter more than the sheet label
A row may point toward Yupoo, Taobao, Weidian, 1688, an original link, a converted link, or an album. That source is often more useful than the agent name. A Yupoo album can help you inspect photos; a Taobao or Weidian link may get you closer to the current product page; a 1688 store can be useful only after you know what item family you are checking.
Do not assume a converted link is still accurate. Open it, compare the title and photos, then decide whether it still belongs to the row.
Useful checks before you keep the row
QC and photos
Look for clear images, close-up details, color consistency, and whether the current listing still matches the saved photo reference.
Shipping and weight
Shipping estimates, calculators, volume weight, and tracking belong near the end of the process, after the item itself still looks valid.
Coupons and codes
Coupons, promo codes, and invitation codes change quickly. Do not trust one just because it appears beside an old sheet row.
Reviews and community posts
Reddit, Discord, and Telegram can give context, but posts age fast. Use them as background, not as the final reason to save a product.
A clean workflow
Name the item
Pull out the product type, model, color, material, size clue, or seller note.
Choose the category
Move into shoes, clothing, bags, accessories, electronics, or another clear product family.
Open the current page
Use the source clue only long enough to find a listing that can be inspected today.
Keep or reject it
Keep the row if it still points to useful evidence. Drop it if the photos, variants, or seller context no longer match.
Avoid copying noisy lists into your notes
Large copied lists often include misspellings, half-finished names, repeated brands, old community slang, and product names without context. They may look useful at first, but they slow you down if you save everything.
Keep the parts that help you make a decision: item name, category, source page, QC reference, seller note, and the reason you kept or rejected the row.
